Delivery Policy 

  • Minimum Order Requirement: Delivery services are available for orders of HK $500 or more. Delivery charges will vary based on location.

  • Standard Delivery Time: Deliveries will be made within 4 hours, between 8 AM and 7 PM.

  • Accuracy of Information: Please ensure that all information provided is accurate. Our company will not be liable for any delivery delays or losses resulting from incorrect information.

  • Additional Fees: We reserve the right to charge extra fees for any additional costs incurred due to inaccuracies in the information provided by the customer.

Replacement & Cancellation Policy

  • Fresh Flower Orders: We take great care to ensure that our flowers are always fresh. If you encounter any issues with a flower arrangement, please contact us at 2381-5531 within 24 hours of delivery or at the time of self-pick-up.

  • Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be canceled. If a cancellation is approved by Wayfoong, a 5% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund. The final decision regarding cancellations or refunds rests with Wayfoong.

Seasonal Availability

  • Fluctuating Prices and Availability: The majority of out flowers are sourced from suppliers at flower auctions,and their prices and availability may fluctuate daily due to seasonal factors. Substitutions of flowers with similar styles of equal or greater value may occur without prior notice.

  • Peak Season Adjustments: Prices may be adjusted during peak seasons, including the periods leading up to Christmas, Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day.

  • Variability in Appearance: Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, colors, shapes, and sizes may vary from those shown in photo references. However, we will make every effort to maintain the intended color scheme, size, and shape of the arrangement.

  • Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes, the decision of Wayfoong Fleur Limited shall be final.
